The STENTOFON Technical seminars are held eight times a year at the office in Trondheim, Norway. The training is free of charge including training material and lunch. Travel, hotel and other arrangements are the responsibility of the individual attendees.
AlphaCom E – Part I
A four-day seminar that covers everything from system architecture, installation, system features and programming procedures and troubleshooting techniques. The training is suitable for people with no or little experience with the AlphaCom system.
AlphaCom E – Part II
A three-day training covering topics like networking of exchanges over IP (AlphaNet), Event Handler, AlphaCom OPC Server and the SIP (VoIP) Interface.
Training dates
Part I is from Tuesday to Friday, and Part II is from Monday to Wednesday the following week. It is possible to participate in one of the training sessions only, or you can choose to follow both sessions.
