Upgrading the VINGTOR telephone or intercom systems allows for utilization of the new IP technology. Based on IP, wireless IP-DECT communication and more cost efficient external communication can be added. By also upgrade with data cabling, additional systems such as IP TV, IP CCTV, and data network can further enhance and improve the vessel "Onboard Communication System ".
