The final closing of the sale, that is still conditional on the transfer of certain financial debts and on the finalization of a plan for reform, is planned to happen before 31 August 2009. The transaction will have a limited cash impact on the Zenitel group.

Zenitel Netherlands BV will be sold to a group of investors of which Crescent NV, the company that previously has bought Zenitel Belgium NV and the activities of Zenitel Wireless France SA. Mr. Rob Rentenaar, currently country manager of Zenitel Netherlands BV is also one of the investors and will become the managing director of the new company.
