Zenitel announces early closing of its capital increase

The subscription period has been closed early on 3 May 2007 at 4pm. This possibility of early closing of the Free Tranche was described in the prospectus, i.e. the earliest on 3 May 2007 and as soon as the targeted subscription amount of EUR 18 million has been reached.

In deviation to the prospectus, the result of the offering, the offer price and the allocation table for retail investors will be published on 5 May 2007 and the payment and listing date is altered to 9 May 2007.

The subscriptions for the enhanced Free Tranche will be, given the significant interest, subject to repartition for retail and institutional investors.

The capital increase is organized by KBC Securities in cooperation with KBC Bank and CBC Banque as selling agents.
