STENTOFON News: Video intercom stations

Designed to meet the needs of a building management system, the IP video and audio solution works without a video server and meets the Handicap standards. The stations blends in perfectly with the STENTOFON IP system and will therefore integrate with most security systems.

In critical situations, requirements may be necessary to record conversations from substations to and from the control room. STENTOFON Recording Software offers this feature as it allows the ability to record audio events such at intercom to intercom calls, all/group calls, and simplex and open duplex conferences.

The audio recordings are RSA digitally signed which makes is possible to detect if the recording has been tampered with. A fully featured audio playback client is available that can be loaded on an external PC to store and allow playback of recorded audio events.

The STENTOFON IP Intercom Dual Display Station is designed for table-top mounting in bank/finance and office environments. It is also well suited as a control room intercom station. The physical size of the intercom station makes it easy to place on desks with limited space.
