Description
The IP DECT Alarm Server is an IP based text messaging platform. It is integrated into the STENTOFON IP DECT Solution, providing reliable and efficient alarm and message handling.
The server can receive alarm and events from AlphaCom E as well as other sources, and distributes text messages to DECT handsets. The IP DECT Alarm Server can, for example, distribute information regarding fire alarms, process monitoring or nurse call to the users having DECT handsets (cordless intercom). The alarm and text messages can be distributed to a group of handsets or to a single user.
The IP DECT Alarm Server (part no. 2210020000) consists of a PC Server and one Alarm Module. The Alarm Module provides 8 inputs from an external system for triggering alarms. If more alarm inputs are required, up to 13 Alarm Modules, each with 8 inputs may be added.
