Description
These Heavy Duty Industrial Intercom Stations are waterproof models designed for humid, dirty and outdoor environments. They can operate in an ambient temperature range from -20°C to +55°C (-4°F to +131°F). The stations consist of rugged, flame retardant, glass fiber reinforced ABS plastic which is dust and water proof. The station has screw terminals and three cable glands give water and dustproof connection of installation cables and loudspeaker wires. The station is equipped with a noise cancelling microphone as well as a powerful loudspeaker.
The volume is adjustable with a potentiometer located inside the casing. An external 20W loudspeaker can also be connected. The external speaker must be placed at least one meter away from the station. The station is programmable for permanent private mode and is also prepared for connection of an external handset unit. The stations operate at 24 V AC, which enables a sound pressure level as high 110 dB at peak.
