A store manager has just been robbed in a large shopping mall. She reports the incident by placing a call via the STENTOFON IP intercom to a central security control room. Within seconds, the guard in the control room brings up the associated CCTV cameras and retrieves an image. While doing this, the guard contacts roving guards who take the call on their PDAs and receive a digitally recorded image of the suspect. The guard in the control room then informs other stores in the mall about the incident through the Public Address system.
