Spare parts
We offer a wide range of spare parts for our different communication systems for up to ten years after you purchase your system. We ship spares to vessels in transit all over the world. A large number of spares are available in our stock and enable us to ship out often at the same day as the order is received.
Retrofit - exchange replacement
Many VINGTOR and STEENHANS customers choose to update their existing communication equipment when International Rules and Regulations have changed, when new and more modern systems become available and when a last-time-buy of components and PCB's become obsolete.
Remote access
The Vingtor ACM Advanced Integrated Solution can monitor and supervise the status information of the system. This facility enables our technicians to access the ACM exchange on the sailing vessel to perform programming or reprogramming from an on-shore site. To obtain Remote Access we need to have access to customer’s onboard network via VPN.
