Description

The VINGTOR ACM GSM Media Gateway makes it possible to make external calls using GSM. Each gateway supports one GSM channel and SIM card. If multiple GSM channels are required, up to 30 gateways can be installed.

Easy to install
The GSM Media Gateway is easy to install. It connects directly to the local IP network onboard the ship and requires no other central hardware in the ACM system rack. The media gateway utilizes an external GSM antenna.

Note! The antenna shipped with the gateway unit is for indoor use only. For ships it is recommended to use the AC15 GSM Multi-Band Antenna. This antenna has a rugged design made for the marine environment.

Configuration
To configure the GSM Media Gateway a standard Web browser such as Internet Explorer of Firefox can be used. Via the Web browser you get access to all functions to be configured.
