The DS-7732NI-I4/24 Network Video Recorder has Dual-OS design to ensure high-reliability as well as ANR technology to enhance the storage reliability when the network is disconnected. It is connectable to third-party network cameras and up to 32 IP cameras can be connected recording up to 8 MP resolution. Live view, storage, and playback of the connected camera are supported up to 8 MP resolution. 

The network video recorder has H.265+ compression which effectively reduces storage space by up to 75% and its dual-stream recording also saves bandwidth. It provides independent HDMI and VGA outputs and HDMI video output at up to 4K resolution.

It provides centralized management of IP cameras, including configuration, information import/export, real-time information display, two-way audio, and upgrade.

Smart functions include support for multiple VCA (Video Content Analytics) events, configurable special camera smart functions, such as VCA detection (motion, line crossing, intrusion, etc.), heat map, ANPR, and people counting. The POS information overlay is on live view and playback, and the recorder features a POS triggered recording and alarm.

Additionally, the network video recorder features smart search for the selected area in the video and smart playback to improve the playback efficiency. HDD quote and group modes are supported with the ability for different capacities to be assigned to different channels.
