Further to its press release of 31 March 2009, Zenitel Group announces the sale of 85% of the shares of Zenitel Belgium NV and the activities of Zenitel Wireless France SA to a group of experienced executives headed by Alain Van den Broeck, currently COO of the Zenitel Group.
Zenitel NV will keep the remaining 15% of the shares.
The new entity will offer mission critical wireless solutions under the brand names of Zenitel Belgium and SAIT.
