To operate a parking facility successfully, several requirements need to be fulfilled. The people using the facility need to be assured that they can leave their car in safe hands. They also want to be able to walk in and out of the building without having to worry about their own safety. Furthermore, the guard room needs to maintain a complete overview of the site while staying in touch with the guards patrolling the building.
