Control handler software for all AlphaCom and AlphaCom E exchanges. Gives information to an operator about events inside the exchange, such as call requests and allows the operator to respond to such events.

The screen is divided into a number of functional area’s such as a Call request list, Map area, and others. Icons associate with intercoms, remote inputs and remote outputs can be placed in maps.
