With the STENTOFON AlphaCom, monitoring over multiple sites can be obtained regardless of location from one central control center.

Immediate Response - At the Touch of a Button
The STENTOFON AlphaNet CCoIP® (Critical Communications over IP) technology allows a control center to support several sites and devices. Up to 254 AlphaCom exchanges and thousands of intercom stations can be connected to a control center over the IP network. This means that from a single security post, CCTV cameras, P.A., and access control can be monitored and controlled. The technology provides superb audio quality (7 kHz) as well as global conferencing and group call capabilities allowing the control room to connect to remote P.A. and radio systems.

Emergency Situations
The AlphaCom IP communication system makes it possible to alert via text messaging (email) or audio messaging. This can be accomplished by a simple press of a button on any emergency substation that will automatically transmit email to numerous addresses to alert and allow for a pre-recorded emergency message to broadcast over a campus-wide area. Additionally the AlphaCom can be used to send or receive data commands to the access control system for door lockdowns to limit or prohibit the situation from spreading to other areas.
