Standard training courses are held six times a year at the corporate office in Kansas City, Missouri. The course covers everything from setting up your intercom system to troubleshooting techniques and programming procedures.

Attendees must pass all tests given at the end of each day to become certified. Please schedule travel accordingly so that you may complete the full three day course.
