Integrations
We offer a wide range of integrations with both ICX-AlphaCom and IC-EDGE via our SDK. We make it easy to integrate Zenitel solutions with major third-party Access Control, Video Surveillance/Video Management Systems, Alarm Systems, Security Management Systems, Radio Integrations, Telephony and DECT, and PA Systems.
It's also easy to integrate our products via SIP and ONVIF, and we use open source code to ensure that Zenitel products will fit seamlessly into any security system.
ICX-AlphaCom is a powerful communications tool with many features such as direct calling, call requests & call queue handling, call transfers & escalation, PA functionality through All and Group Calls, priority calls and many others. To learn more about existing integrations, click here.

Apply for SDK
If you are interested in obtaining Zenitel’s SDKs, you can apply for access in three easy steps:
- If you have an account, log in
- . If you do not have an account, you can create one here
- Once you are logged in to your account, visit your user page
- Fill out the SDK Application Webform and click 'Submit'
Once you have submitted the application, we will evaluate the webform. Approved applicants will receive a download link for the SDK(s) they have requested.
