Datavox selects Vingtor-Stentofon for SIP intercom

Datavox have chosen Vingtor-Stentofon Turbine stations for their new headquarters in Houston. The stations are set to SIP mode during installation and are interfaced to their Cisco Call Manager iPBX. As Vingtor-Stentofon is already CISCO certified and comtatible, this is an easy integration.

Why Vingtor-Stentofon?
After releasing SIP Turbine Stations, we knew this would open up many new channels for us including Unified Communication Telephony providers. Paul Rux, Zenitel’s Central Regional Manager, reached out to DATAVOX to provide them with more information about Vingtor-Stentofon and educate them on the incredible flexibility of SIP, PULSE and AlphaCom XE compatible IP stations. They had recently built new headquarters and wanted to take a closer look at Turbine.

Datavox liked that our Turbine IP Stations could replace competitor stations they had used in the past.  They were intrigued that our feature rich stations could be married to their IPBX systems, and they were extremely impressed with the audio quality when demoing the active noise cancellation capabilities. The modern, sleek design of our stations was considered ascetically ideal for their brand new 100,000 square foot facility. Currently, DATAVOX is considering purchasing more equipment to show clients the full spectrum of capabilities of our Vingtor-Stentofon AlphaCom XE Servers.
