The company, Novatel Sp. of o.o, together with technology partners delivered and launched at the train station, Krakow Glowny, the most extensive emergency call system (intercom security) currently in Poland.

This comprehensive solution includes approximately 90 SOS stanchions, elevator intercoms, cashier intercoms, and emergency telephones supported by five dispatchers that have been configured with other security systems such as CCTV, DSO and visualization system. It is worth noting that the operating system in the solution is fully customized to the needs of users with disabilities. The Krakow Glowny railway station is the first underground railway station in Poland and one of the most modern transportation hubs in the country. It integrates local and intercity trains, urban trams and subway trains, bus stations and city buses. In the modern and spacious lounge area of the station, passengers can take advantage of a wide range of services including ticket offices, customer service centers, information counters, as well as restaurants and cafes.
