The Longevity of Vingtor-Stentofon Intercoms

After 20 years in service this station failed to perform its duties. Luckily all it took was a new call button to get it back in service. A testament to the longevity of our robust Intercoms with crystal clear speech.

1993 was the year Nelson Mandela and Frederik Willem de Klerk was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Vaclav Havel was elected Czech President & the coolest consumer technology you could own was the Motorola DynaTAC cell phone and the Sony Walkman.

1993 was also the year this Vingtor-Stentofon Intercom station was installed in Australia, a country known for high temperatures, occasional cyclones and its’ brilliant people.
