I am very surprised and feel very honored to receive this as I believe a lot of people in the organization would deserve this value award.
How did you end up working at Zenitel?
I applied on a job which looked interesting and would fit my interests and education.
What’s a typical day like for you?
A typical day for me is difficult to explain, as every day is different. During a day I might do some software development for automatic testing, write functional requirement specification for a new project, work on product presentations, plan R&D projects or even do some hardware development.
What do you find most interesting about your job?
My varied work days is one of best aspects of this job. Off all the various tasks I do I find working together with colleagues planning new products to be the most interesting as there are so many aspects to consider. Every product is different and has its own unique challenges or requirements to handle.
Which value do you identify yourself with the most and why?
I try to follow all the Zenitel values every day, but I identify the most with the accountability value. Going through with what we promise is one of the key values which helps teams around Zenitel succeed.
