Vingtor-Stentofon delivers VoIP communication to highway tolls in Morocco

Thanks to our great experience in the infrastructure segment, Vingtor-Stentofon has been chosen to equip highway tolls in Morocco.

As a result of our french office' great experience with highway projects and our close work with GEA (Integrator), Vingtor-Stentofon has been chosen to equip highway tolls in Morocco.

The tolls between Rabat and Casablanca will soon be fully upgraded to Vingtor-Stentofon IP. The objective is to provide each and every employee working on a toll track booth the ability to report or ask for help at any time to the remote control room. This will increases the efficiency of operations, reduce waiting time and improve customer care at the Moroccan highway system.

At the heart of the system is the Vingtor-Stentofon Alphacom XE1 server. In order for the local installer and the end customer to be autonomous on their system  and IP-stations, Zenitel France organized a local training in one of the tolls’ administrative building.

Sébastien Kerandel, the Vingtor-Stentofon trainer, demonstrated the products and functionalities and helped them servicing the 1st toll, so that they could see what it takes to install the system and the stations and reproduce the same on 7 other toll locations.

Trainees were impressed by the following facts:

the Vingtor-Stentofon intercom stations are easy to program and maintain.
the noise cancellation function.
the fast implementation of the Vingtor-Stentofon system.

The training was so successful that the tolls will rapidly be Vingtor-Stentofon upgraded.
