Zenitel Group On Display At ISC West April 5-8, 2016
ISC West is an annual event with educational conference sessions and 1,000 exhibitors on hand sharing new products and technology. Vingtor-Stentofon’s Turbine IP Video Intercom Station took home the Most Valuable Product Award in the Access Control category from Security Sales & Integration Magazine. Judged by an expert panel of integrators, entries were evaluated on technical merit, innovation, competitive advantages, functionality, and benefits to end users, installers, and integrators.
Zenitel USA President Jim Hoffpauir notes, “This year’s event has brought us great satisfaction. This was one of the best shows for Zenitel in my history with the company.”
Hoffpauir explains that the positive transformation happened through strategic execution and event optimization efforts made by the team. “Strategic thinking played a large role in the success at ISC West.
This year we were interviewed by major security magazines each day of the event for our 70 year viewpoint on the industry, held a public press conference debuting our Critical Communication Scorecard, and experienced a shift in the quality of client coming to our booth.
Our participation this year was about empowering people with evaluation tools and innovative solutions. End users and integrators now have a way of assessing their critical communication needs by evaluating intelligibility, interoperability, and what we like to call ‘the ilities’ – reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Without a Critical Communication Scorecard, clients lack a way to logically determine the best solution for their business.”
Regional Sales Manager Kelly Lake adds, “This year has brought an entirely new level of interaction. During previous ISC West events, clients came to us looking for a product. This year they were eager to learn about our innovative solutions. Clients see us as a solution partner instead of a product.”
Over 500 attendees stopped by the booth to experience live demonstrations of the Turbine Series, PULSE Enterprise system, Turbine IP Video Intercom Station with Grandstream as a master phone, and video forwarding to a mobile device.
Dan Rothrock and Veronica Weber met one on one with Strategic Alliance partners throughout the week. Together they discussed with partners creating promotional messaging around integrations with Vingtor-Stentofon products into their software platform and out to the customer base.
In addition, Zenitel Group team members Kenneth Dastol, Jim Hoffpauir, Kelly Lake, Veronica Weber and Melissa McDonald participated in the Security 5k/2k run and walk (picture above right), a race that supports Mission 500, an organization dedicated to clothing, feeding, and educating children in need.
