Zenitel Welcomes Security Industry Veteran Doug Scott as Western US Regional Sales Leader

Doug Scott is a seasoned sales executive who has worked in the security industry for 16 years in various capacities. He owned a consulting business involving security designs for the US Department of Homeland Security, including border protection between North and South Korea, the Hoover Dam, and many other high-value locations. Other contracts included writing the Continuity of Government plan for several US states, writing legislative bills in support of first responders, and leading full-scale state exercises in terrorist attacks and pandemic response for FEMA. For the past six years, he was the Senior Manager/Strategic Accounts for Louroe Electronics. One of his last projects was the design and implementation of audio analytics for gunshot and aggression detection on the Las Vegas Strip and Freemont street in Las Vegas.

Scott will be based in Arizona. His sales territory includes the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Scott will also oversee sales activities for Western Canada.
