Technical Solutions Manager, Germany BU Safety & Security

Location: Germany | Home Office

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, System Integrators, and Technology Partners.
• Drive the inclusion of company solutions in project specifications and designs.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on solution architecture and system design.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support complex project opportunities and bids with technical expertise.
• Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer needs and insights with Product Management.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives aligned with regional strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, technical / commercial sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience with system-based projects, including design, estimating, and bid management within critical communication systems
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and data communications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• An established professional network among German consultants, engineering firms, and system integrators would be an advantage
• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level is required
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Experience with PAVA systems, IP audio solutions, and integrated communication systems is an advantage.
