Elektro Deniz was founded by Ömer Aşkar in 1975 at Tophane / Istanbul for the purpose of servicing to any brand of navigation and communication systems.

In 1977 Elektro Deniz started its sales activities with KODEN Elektronik. Later in 1979 it  became distributor of Sailor and started to sell SAILOR products. Between the years 1979 and 1985 its sales activites extended by taking major navigation and communication manufacturers’ representatives.

In 1994 Elektrodeniz moved from Tophane to its new address in shipyard region Tuzla / Istanbul. In 1995 it started to serve in naval projects supply and custom made solutions.

In 2006 Elektro Deniz got certified by ISO 9001 quality system. 

Today we are still representing well known manufacturers and provide after sales service & support.
