Before any products are returned to Zenitel you need to fill out this form to get a written approval with a valid RMA number. Products returned without this will be returned at customer cost.
Note: North American & South American Claims for On-Shore applications should submit this form to rma.americas[at]zenitel[dot]com, instead of using the form below. All others claims, proceed below.
