Zenitel’s Kelly Lake Recognized as Part of SIA’s 2022 Women in Security Forum Power 100

New in 2022, this initiative presented by the SIA Women in Security Forum, honors 100 women in the security industry each year who are role models for actively advancing diversity, inclusion, innovation, and leadership in the community.

As Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Zenitel, Lake is responsible for managing the strategic alliances program that supports manufacturer partners who integrate Zenitel's intelligent critical-communication solutions into their business. The strategic alliances program is one where Lake must place Zenitel’s customer’s interests first, and she has done so, growing the program to its current successful level. Lake is teaching Zenitel’s strategic partners and its technology partners about the critical role that audio plays within security solutions. By embracing and communicating Zenitel’s innovations in audio, Lake is educating the security industry, as well.

Lake is also a strong role model who not only advances innovation at Zenitel, but also embodies and displays leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Kelly strongly advocates her female colleagues to become involved with the security industry outside of their respective Zenitel roles. She urges her female colleagues to further their education, to attend security industry events, and to be unafraid to make their voices heard.
