Infrastructure Specialist, Cloud (Norway / UK)

Key Responsibilities: 

Architecture and roadmap

• Support the IT Solutions architect on the cloud infrastructure designs
• Align business needs with technical and services abilities
• Keep up to date with trends and development
• Create and maintain a long term development plan for the cloud areas

Cloud implementations

• Use, maintain and develop the Infrastructure As A Code environment
• Stakeholder management both internal and external
• Design and change management on the SaaS portfolio integrated with onprem solutions
• Assist IT Operations on capacity-, and performance management

Business Continuity

• Responsible for Data integrity management aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR and other laws and regulations
• Management of continuity management cloud
• IT and business Projects
• Project manager and participant for IT project and projects with IT involvement
• Building business cases for proposed projects and investments
• Initiate and secure handover from project to operations on all relevant solutions

Helpdesk and operations

• Keep documentation, standard operating procedures, and routines up to date
• 2nd and 3rd line support on areas of responsibility towards internal helpdesk and external partners
