FEP-IP is the suitable telephone:

The FEP–IP 4 works as VoIP telephone in SIP areas. In case of failure of the LAN connection the additional available telephone interface (POTS a/b) is activated to guarantee availability at any time. 

The integral telephone FEP-IP 4 is able to replace an a/b FEP 2010 in terms of its integral measurements.
