ICX-500 Gateway receives Marine Approval from DNV GL

The ICX-500 was introduced back in 2019 and could be used in Maritime & Energy environments where the need for classification society type approval was not present. But having type approval from a classification society is essential in our line of business, and we finally can inform our markets that the new DNV GL type approval will be given before end of year 2020. 

With the type approval, the ICX-500 Gateway will be the recommended choice for voice-over-IP installations. In the future, the server will also be supplemented by gateways supporting the other line interfaces.
