Zenitel equips another maritime "first"

Zenitel has equipped the two first LNG-powered, American flagged, container Ro-Ro ships - El Coquí and Taíno.

The El Coquí is already in operation while her sister ship, Taíno is scheduled to enter service later this year. Both vessels hail from the U.S. Halter Marine Inc., shipyard, destined for Crowley’s shipping and logistics services between Jacksonville, Florida, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

  • CCTV - Our CCTV system enables cost-effective, high-quality area monitoring and video surveillance that enhances the safety and security for personnel. The system is available in different versions and offers a set of standard and optional features.
  • IP entertainment - Our IPTV system, with its comprehensive functionality in a highly HW-efficient setup, is ideal for marine vessels. Based on forefront technology, the system is easy to set up and configure and provides customized interactive solutions in addition to traditional TV channels. The IPTV technology enables broadcasts television via IP networks with HD video and multi-channel audio.
