Zenitel helps customers achieve intelligent communications through IP audio

KANSAS CITY, MO, October 14, 2021 -- Zenitel, a leading supplier of intelligent critical communication solutions, announced that its IP Turbine Intercom Station and IP Operating Room Master station are compliant with key Avaya OneCloud™ UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions, providing clear, intelligent communication to help protect staff, patients, and visitors in healthcare environments, where limiting the risk of infection or contamination is critical. Avaya is a global leader in solutions that enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.

Zenitel helps customers hear, be heard, and be understood in virtually any environment. Its Turbine IP Intercom Station Series v6.1.1 and IP Operating Room Master v6.1.1 solutions provide added protection for healthcare and manufacturing facilities that require solutions that are both bacteria and chemical resistant. The applications are now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Avaya Aura® platform 8.1.

“This latest compliance testing with the Avaya Aura platform helps Avaya customers extend intelligent communications into their essential healthcare facilities,” said Dan Rothrock, President, Security and Safety, Zenitel. “We are thrilled to provide our customers with IP audio that can be accessed and used in a secure and safe manner.”

“Technology partners like Zenitel are helping Avaya deliver high-value solutions for critical industries,” said Susy Liem, Avaya Vice President of Product Management. “Solutions such as Zenitel's IP Intercom station and IP Operating Room Master solutions enable customers to add IP audio capabilities into areas with the most stringent cleanliness requirements.”
